For a little unsure about whether a second package was coming, but Customer Service cleared it up.

Professional. Our order came on time.

I am SO-O-O happy that I found a tire that matches the other ones on my car (Had a puncture wound in my left rear tire) and at a great price!

Good customer service...Fast shipping.

Slightly disappointed that I choose 2 day shipping and that information didn't carry over when dropshipped from EBC in NV but I contacted customer service and was refunded right away for the additional shipping cost.

Very easy to process order

First Order, so far so good.
