Was very satisfied with this transaction except for one thing.. Their ad that I responded to clearly stated "Free Shipping" but the final invoice included an insurance charge (which I did not ask for) AND shipping charges.. Don't offer free shipping and then not honor it.. Otherwise was a simple process and received the product in a timely fashion..
