The picture showed the bouy with hardware installed, At the end of the description it said in fine print hardware not included. My fault for not reading it completely but photo was not accurate. Instructions for connecting to chain were helpful. Bruce

Ordered Online and it showed that the product was in stock. I received an order acknowledgment then also received another email stating the product was backordered. Called CS and they assured me the product was in stock and would ship w/in 24hrs of the order date. It actually did ship the next day and I received the product 2 days later.
