The Quicksilver 804845 Carburetor Repair Kit includes everything you need to clean and rebuild the MerCarb 2-barrel carburetor found on many 1983–1986 MerCruiser engines. This genuine OEM kit is designed for 1983–1986 MerCruiser engines including 120HP, 140HP, 470HP, 185HP, 200HP, and 898HP models. This kit fits MerCruiser using older Mercarb with bottom fill accelerator pump cavity.

Complete Rebuild Kit Includes:

  • Accelerator pump, needle and seat, fuel filter
  • Gaskets, sealing washers, and clips
  • Fuel-resistant float
  • All necessary components for a complete carburetor rebuild
