Sea-Dog Line 561010-1 Leather Mooring Line Chafe Kit for 3/8" and 7/16" Lines

The Sea-Dog Line Leather Mooring Line Chafe Kit is designed to reduce chafe and extend the life of your mooring lines, protecting them from wear at critical contact points. Suitable for 3/8" and 7/16" mooring lines, this complete kit provides everything needed to install durable leather chafe protection.

What's Included:

• Two 10-inch pieces of leather pre-stamped for easy sewing
• Heavy duty needle for installation
• Waxed twine for secure attachment

The leather pieces are sewn directly onto your mooring line, holding them securely in place at areas prone to chafing such as bow rollers, chocks, and dock cleats. Constructed of natural leather, these chafe guards provide a robust protective barrier that withstands constant friction and harsh marine conditions. The natural leather color may vary, adding unique character to each kit while maintaining excellent durability and weather resistance.

This essential marine accessory helps prevent premature line failure and costly replacements by protecting your mooring lines where they need it most. The pre-stamped leather makes installation straightforward, while the included waxed twine and needle ensure a professional, long-lasting installation.
