Lectrotab XKA12X9A 12x9 Aluminum Alloy Electric Trim Tab Kit

The Lectrotab XKA12X9A is a complete electric trim tab system featuring 12" x 9" aluminum alloy tabs designed for boats from 18' to 29' in length. These trim tabs are uniquely engineered for aluminum hulled boats but provide an economical, high-performance solution for all boat types.

Advanced Tab Construction:

• Marine grade 6005-T5 aluminum alloy construction with strength equivalent to 10 gauge stainless steel
• Corrosion-resistant epoxy coating seals all tabs for maximum durability
• Proprietary "no-break" polypropylene hinge tested over 300,000 cycles to 90° without failure
• Non-metallic components resist corrosion and UV deterioration

Precision Electric Actuators:

• Maintenance-free electric actuators with 2.25" stroke length deliver 1000 lbs of push force
• Internal brake system prevents unwanted tab movement while underway or backing down
• Upper ram seal location protected from fouling and barnacle damage
• Internal pressure equalization system ensures reliable operation
• Quiet operation with fully sealed, non-metallic housing
• 12V DC power with 23-foot actuator cables included

Easy Installation:

The completely self-contained design requires no components to be installed inside the boat. Unlike hydraulic systems, there are no pumps, hoses, or oil to leak. Each actuator includes either standard or low profile transom mounting brackets for flexible installation options.
