Advanced Aluminum Construction:
These trim tabs utilize marine-grade 6005-T5 aluminum alloy sealed with corrosion-resistant epoxy coating, providing strength equivalent to 10-gauge stainless steel at a fraction of the weight. The extremely durable "no-break" polypropylene hinge has been cycle-tested over 300,000 times to a 90° bend without failure, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding marine environments.
Electric Actuator System:
Unlike hydraulic trim tabs, this system features precision-engineered electric actuators with 2.25" stroke length, eliminating the risk of hydraulic fluid leaks.
