Fabricated from marine-grade 6005-T5 aluminum alloy with equivalent strength to 10-gauge stainless steel, these tabs feature an extremely durable "no-break" polypropylene hinge tested over 300,000 cycles to a 90° bend without failure. All tabs are sealed with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating for long-lasting protection in harsh marine environments.

Precision Actuator System:

The precision-engineered actuators deliver quiet, maintenance-free operation with no hydraulic fluid to leak. Each actuator is fully load-tested to push 1,000 lbs of force and features a non-metallic, permanently sealed housing that cannot corrode.
