Advanced Stainless Steel Construction:
Fabricated from 12-gauge, 304 stainless steel, each tab features a continuous rolled and pinned hinge that provides superior strength without welding. This robust design ensures long-lasting durability in harsh marine environments.
Precision Electric Actuators:
The precision-engineered actuators deliver quiet, reliable operation with accurate tab positioning and maximum lift force. Each actuator is fully load-tested to push 1,000 lbs of force and features an internal brake system that prevents unwanted tab movement when underway or backing down. The upper ram seal location is protected from damage caused by fouled rams or barnacle growth, while the internal pressure equalization system ensures consistent performance.
MLC-1 Microprocessor Control:
The included MLC-1 control allows simultaneous operation of both tabs with a single button touch. LED tab position indicators automatically adjust brightness, dimming in darkness and brightening in sunlight for optimal visibility in all conditions.
