Smartphone Control:
The Echo connects via Bluetooth to a custom Smart Control app available for both iOS and Android devices. The app allows you to monitor brake activity, receive status updates, adjust brake settings, and store multiple vehicle-trailer profiles—making it ideal for fleet vehicles or owners with multiple towing setups. If Bluetooth connection is lost, the controller continues to function using the most recently programmed settings.
Plug-and-Play Installation:
Installation requires zero tools and no additional wiring harnesses or modules. The Echo simply inserts between your vehicle and trailer 7-way RV blade connectors, creating a non-invasive T-connection. This design makes it extremely portable and easy to transfer between different vehicles. The unit features a retention strap and locking tab to ensure a secure connection in the 7-way socket.
Advanced Performance:
Equipped with a triple-axis motion-sensing accelerometer, the Echo delivers smooth, responsive stops whether traveling uphill or downhill. It supports two to four trailer brakes (one to two axles) and is compatible with both low-voltage and PWM wiring systems. The controller also works seamlessly with cruise control and ABS brakes, and includes built-in reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection.
