Hella 7.03351.12.0 Turbocharger Bypass Valve Solenoid

The Hella 7.03351.12.0 is a high-quality turbocharger bypass valve (BPV) solenoid designed to regulate boost pressure in turbocharged engines. This OEM-grade solenoid controls the bypass valve that diverts compressed air around the turbocharger compressor, preventing compressor surge and protecting the turbo system during deceleration and closed-throttle conditions.

Key Features:

• Precision-engineered solenoid for accurate boost pressure control
• Direct OEM replacement for reliable fitment and performance
• Durable construction designed to withstand high-temperature engine bay conditions
• Helps prevent turbo compressor surge and extends turbocharger lifespan
• Maintains optimal boost response and engine performance

This bypass valve solenoid is a critical component in turbocharged engine management systems, working in conjunction with the engine control unit (ECU) to modulate boost pressure based on driving conditions. When the throttle closes suddenly, the solenoid activates to open the bypass valve, preventing harmful pressure buildup that can damage the turbocharger compressor wheel.
