Product Details

The Sierra AC12480 pigtail adapter provides a reliable solution for connecting shore power when your boat's inlet doesn't match the available dockside receptacle. This marine-grade adapter converts a standard 15A 125V (5-15P) male straight blade plug to a 30A 125V (L5-30R) female locking receptacle, allowing you to connect your boat's 30-amp locking shore power cord to a standard 15-amp household-style outlet.

Key Features:

  • 15A 125V (NEMA 5-15P) male straight blade plug to 30A 125V (NEMA L5-30R) female locking receptacle
  • Heavy-duty 10/3 AWG cable for reliable power transfer
  • Yellow PVC cord jacket with maximum UV inhibitors for superior weather resistance
  • STW-rated jacket: 600VAC at 60°C for harsh marine environments
  • High-quality nickel-plated brass contacts resist corrosion in saltwater conditions
  • Nylon plug body provides high resistance to carbon tracking
  • ETL Listed for safety and compliance

Engineered specifically for the demanding marine environment, this pigtail adapter features corrosion-resistant materials and construction designed to withstand exposure to saltwater, UV rays, and extreme temperatures. The robust 10-gauge cable ensures safe power delivery up to the 15-amp capacity of the source receptacle.

Great price and quick delivery. The only issue I had was that I did not receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info. I had to contact customer service and they weren't even clear on shipping info. While I was waiting for a reply, the tire showed up at my house. I received shipping confirmation the day after it arrived.

3 days ago these where under $20 each. Black Friday sale now the price increase that's bs
