Williamson Lures VSJ200SRD Vortex Speed Jig 200g 7oz Sardine

The Williamson Vortex Speed Jig is a premium vertical jigging lure designed for targeting fast-moving pelagic species in both shallow and deep water applications. This 200-gram model features a streamlined, hydrodynamic profile that cuts through the water column efficiently, allowing anglers to reach depth quickly and maintain vertical presentation even in strong currents.

Key Features:

• Weight: 7 ounces (200 grams) for long casts and rapid descent
• Length: 6.25 inches optimized for targeting tuna, amberjack, grouper, and other gamefish
• Sardine finish with holographic detail and reflective sides that mimic natural baitfish
• Center-balanced design creates an erratic flutter action on the fall
• Durable through-wire construction for battling powerful offshore species
• Ideal for vertical jigging techniques including speed jigging and slow pitch jigging
• Glow accents enhance visibility in low-light conditions and at depth

The Vortex Speed Jig excels when worked with an aggressive lift-and-fall retrieve, triggering reaction strikes from predatory fish. The sardine color pattern is highly effective in clear to slightly stained water and matches the hatch in many offshore environments. Built to withstand the demands of serious saltwater anglers, this jig is equally at home on reef structure, wrecks, or open water.
