AquaLock 81902880 Push-to-Connect Plastic Male Adapter 1/2 in. CTS x 1/2 in. NPT

The AquaLock 81902880 is a straight, push-to-connect plastic male adapter designed to transition from a 1/2-inch CTS (Copper Tube Size) female quick-connect end to a 1/2-inch male NPT (National Pipe Thread) connection. Manufactured from high-performance off-white polysulfone thermoplastic, this fitting delivers excellent chemical resistance and durability for both residential and commercial water systems.

Key Features:

• Push-to-connect 1/2 in. CTS female quick-connect inlet — no tools or tube inserts required for installation or removal
• 1/2 in. male NPT threaded outlet — hand-tightens onto NPT, NPS, BSP, and most other compatible threads without thread sealant for a zero-leak seal
• Compatible with copper, CPVC, PEX, and CTS-rated pipe
• EPDM O-ring with unique O-ring guide feature ensures a reliable, zero-leak connection
• Unlike barb fittings, the fitting joins tubing on the outside, increasing flow capacity
• After connection, tubing can swivel even under maximum pressure — ideal for vibrating and dynamic applications
• Rated for hot and cold water applications: Max Temp 180°F @ 100 psi / 75°F @ 250 psi
• Constructed from off-white polysulfone (high-performance thermal plastic)
• Certified to NSF-61, NSF-14, CSA B137.5, ASTM F877, and IGC 188-04C
• Recognized by the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
• Sold individually, without retail package
