Carver Covers 602S40 Styled-to-Fit Sun-DURA Boat Cover Grey

The Carver Covers 602S40 is a Styled-to-Fit® boat cover made from Carver's premium Sun-DURA® fabric in Grey (color code 40). Designed as a semi-custom solution, this cover is engineered to closely follow the contours of your boat's hull style and size, delivering a snug, protective fit without the cost of a fully custom cover.

Sun-DURA® is a 100% solution-dyed, 7.6 oz. marine-grade polyester fabric with a 600x600 denier weave. Because the color is locked into the polyester fiber itself — not just applied to the surface — the Grey finish resists fading even under intense, prolonged UV exposure. The fabric's proprietary finish delivers excellent water repellency while remaining breathable, allowing interior moisture to escape and helping prevent mold and mildew buildup beneath the cover.

Key Features:

• Sun-DURA® Fabric: 100% solution-dyed, 7.6 oz. 600x600 denier marine-grade polyester — lightweight, strong, and fade-resistant
• Breathable Construction: Allows moisture vapor to escape, protecting your boat's interior, upholstery, and instrumentation
• 1/4" Shock Cord Hem: Strong, durable shock cord encased in the hem provides a snug, secure fit against the hull
• Reinforced Tie-Down Loops: Double-reinforced loops sewn into the hem every 2–3 feet for secure trailering
• Four-Ply Seam Construction: Folded seams with no raw edges for maximum durability and weather resistance
• Double-Stitch Stitching: Anti-wick, weather-resistant thread used throughout for added strength
• Grey Color (Code 40): A neutral, versatile finish that reflects heat and helps protect the boat's interior
• Made in the USA: Manufactured at Carver's facility in Landrum, South Carolina
• 7-Year Limited Warranty: Backed by Carver's industry-leading Sun-DURA® fabric warranty

Suitable for trailering, mooring, and storage, the 602S40 is an excellent balance of performance and value for boaters who want a quality-fitted cover without the custom price. A tie-down kit is included to help secure the cover during transport.
