Blue Sea Systems 7718100-BSS ML-Series 12V 500A Remote Battery Switch with Contura

The Blue Sea Systems 7718100-BSS ML-Series Remote Battery Switch is a high-capacity switching solution designed for marine and mobile applications requiring reliable power management. This 12-volt DC solenoid provides robust 500-amp intermittent switching capability, making it ideal for battery isolation, emergency parallel switching, and remote battery management systems.

Key Features:

• Heavy-duty ML-Series solenoid rated for 12V DC systems with 500-amp intermittent capacity
• Includes SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) Remote Control Contura switch for convenient remote operation
• ON-ON switch configuration allows switching between two circuits or battery banks
• Durable black housing designed for harsh marine and mobile environments
• DTM (Deutsch-style Terminal) connections for secure, waterproof wiring
• Compact design allows installation in tight engine rooms and electrical compartments
• Low coil current draw minimizes parasitic battery drain

This complete kit provides everything needed for remote battery switching applications, eliminating the need for heavy gauge cable runs to a manual switch location. The included Contura switch offers Blue Sea Systems' signature quality and can be panel-mounted in any convenient location, while the ML-Series solenoid handles the heavy switching duty near the batteries. Ideal for sailboats, powerboats, RVs, and commercial vehicles requiring reliable battery management.
