The SeaStar Solutions HH5261-4 is a rear-mount hydraulic helm pump featuring a 1.7 cubic inch fluid displacement and leak-preventing ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings. As the world's most popular marine hydraulic steering helm, it delivers smooth, efficient No Feedback Steering for a wide range of inboard, sterndrive, and outboard applications. This is the current-generation replacement for the discontinued HH5261-3 and HH5261.

Installation Notes: Install hose fittings before mounting the helm pump for ease of installation. If using a 20° mounting wedge, cut dash as per the mounting wedge template. Use only SeaStar Steering Fluid or Mil Spec H5606 Fluid — never use brake fluid. Do not use Teflon tape or Loctite on fittings, and do not attempt to install NPT fittings, as this may damage the helm pump threads.
