Product Details

The Whitecap Industries 60881 is a premium teak horizontal stile designed for building custom louvered doors on boats, RVs, and marine applications. This component serves as either the top or bottom rail in a DIY louvered door assembly.

Key Features:

  • Crafted from premium-grade old growth teak known for exceptional durability and natural moisture resistance
  • Measures 48 inches long x 1-7/8 inches wide x 7/8 inch thick
  • Can be cut to custom lengths to build doors up to 4 feet in height or width
  • Sold individually to allow flexible door configurations
  • Requires dowel pins for assembly (sold separately as part number 60880D)

Complete Door System:

This stile works with complementary components to create a complete custom louvered door: Part #60880 (side rails - left/right pair), Part #60881 (top/bottom stiles), and Part #60882 (louver slats). Teak's naturally high oil content provides excellent resistance to warping, rotting, and the harsh effects of sun and saltwater exposure in marine environments.

Note: Dowel joint holes must be drilled by the installer. Some woodworking skill is recommended for proper alignment during assembly.
