The Tuff Coat Marine 9508 (UT-95) is a single-component, water-based self-etching primer designed for use on bare metal and aluminum surfaces in conjunction with Tuff Coat marine non-skid coatings. This fast-drying, corrosion-inhibiting primer creates a superior foundation for rubberized deck coatings on boats, docks, and other marine applications.
