Product Details

The Sierra 18-15490 is a high-performance radius tooth V-belt engineered specifically for MerCruiser stern drive applications. This premium marine belt measures 52.5 inches in length and features a 29/64 inch (0.453 inch) top width, providing reliable power transfer in demanding marine environments.

Key Features:

  • Radius tooth cog geometry provides large air circulation area to keep belt cool and prevent damaging heat buildup
  • High-strength synthetic cords resist shockload failure with low-stretch properties for uniform performance
  • Precision-molded cogs improve flexibility while maintaining cord support
  • Rubber edges maintain positive, no-slip contact with pulley grooves for reliable energy transfer
  • Special rubber compound ensures smooth and even transfer of load forces to the cords
  • Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for minimal slippage and long-lasting performance

This belt directly replaces Mercury Marine OEM part numbers 57-816295T and 57-816295Q. Backed by Sierra's quality engineering and SeaStar Solutions warranty, this V-belt delivers dependable performance for your MerCruiser engine's accessory drive system.
