The Sierra 18-1845 is a dry-joint exhaust elbow (riser) designed as a direct replacement for MerCruiser 864591T02. This precision-engineered exhaust component is manufactured specifically for 2004 and newer MerCruiser V6 and V8 engines (305, 350, and 377 CID) with serial numbers 0W310000 and up, as well as 2002 and newer V8 engines (350 and 377 CID) with serial numbers 0M317000 and up.
