Saia is a horrible freight company. I used to deal with them at my previous job as a shipper. Box had a little damage, paint is rubbed off in a couple areas and swivel wheel assembly was bent. I was able to get it straight. Hopefully it will roll ok once it has weight on it. Not something I would expect for a $1500 item. I had to call Saia several times because I was getting a runaround on the delivery, they kept telling me they would schedule a delivery time. Never did, it showed up at my house unexpected, luckily my wife was still home. Seems like a good product though

Great price. Great delivery time. Only thing that was bad was the shipping status, never transferred over to shipped after it said departed to warehouse, then arrived at my door so I was surprised when it arrived. Overall amazing and will be shopping again!
