The Sierra 18-2656 is a comprehensive lower unit seal kit designed for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. This complete gearcase seal kit provides all the essential seals and o-rings needed to properly reseal the lower unit on 9.9 and 15 HP outboard engines.

Sierra replacement engine parts are built with precision using quality materials and designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. This kit replaces Johnson/Evinrude OEM part number 396350 and is interchangeable with GLM 87602, Mallory 9-74100, and other aftermarket equivalents.
