Product Details

The Sierra 118-2856-9 Water Jacket Gasket is designed for Johnson and Evinrude 25 and 35 HP outboard engines. This essential seal prevents coolant leaks between the water jacket and engine block, ensuring proper cooling system operation and preventing potential engine damage.

Key Features:

  • Sold as a convenient 2-pack for replacement or spare
  • Meets or exceeds original equipment specifications
  • Interchangeable with GLM 33560 and Johnson/Evinrude OEM 319665
  • Also replaces Mercury part number 802274
  • Precision-engineered for reliable sealing performance
  • Manufactured from high-quality materials for durability in marine environments

Water jacket gaskets are critical components that require immediate replacement when damaged, as failure can lead to rough idle, engine knocking, and stalling. Sierra gaskets are built to OEM standards to ensure proper fitment and long-lasting performance in harsh marine conditions.
