The Sierra 118-7044-1 Service Valve Kit is designed to convert Johnson and Evinrude outboard engines with electric primer systems to a through-the-primer maintenance system. This kit allows for easy injection of engine tuner and fogging oil directly through the primer valve, while maintaining full primer and manual backup operation functionality.

Key Features:

  • Fits all Johnson/Evinrude outboards with primer valve (except 1993 9.9 and 15 horsepower models)
  • Enables injection of engine tuner and fogging oil through primer valve
  • Maintains original primer and manual backup operation
  • Includes service valve with O-ring (18-0871-1) and cover with gasket assembly (18-0993)
  • Replaces OEM part numbers 175158 and 437228
