The Sierra 18-7097 is a complete carburetor rebuild kit designed for 2-barrel MerCarb carburetors with bottom fill accelerator pump configuration. This kit fits MerCarb 2-barrel carburetors used on 1983-1986 MerCruiser MCM 120, 140, 470, 185, 200, and 898 engines.

What's Included:

  • Gaskets, jets, springs, and retaining rings
  • Floats and needle valves
  • Filter and all components needed to restore carburetor performance
  • Detailed float adjustment instructions for different engine years

This rebuild kit replaces MerCruiser OEM part numbers 3302-9437 and 3302-804845. It is also interchangeable with GLM 76085 and Mallory 9-37618. Sierra products are engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, ensuring proper fit and reliable performance for marine engine rebuilds.
