The Sierra 118-7247 is a complete carburetor rebuild kit designed for Johnson/Evinrude V4 and V6 60-degree outboard engines from 1988 to 2001. This kit contains precision-built components engineered to restore proper carburetor function and fuel delivery in marine applications.

Kit Includes:

  • Gasket cover
  • Needle and seat assembly (18-7038)
  • Nozzle gasket
  • Float bowl gasket
  • Float pin
  • Three carburetor seals
  • O-ring (18-7101)
  • Cover plate gasket

This kit does not include a float; if needed, order float 433167 separately. Designed to be interchangeable with Evinrude/Johnson OEM part numbers 438996, 436852, and 435442, as well as Mallory 9-37102. All Sierra aftermarket engine parts are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM requirements.
