The Sierra 118-7373N is a new 2-barrel Mercarb-style carburetor designed for 2002-2004 MerCruiser 4.3L V-6 engines with serial numbers OM615000 through OW300012. This precision-engineered carburetor features new casting construction built to original factory specifications, not remanufactured components.

This carburetor is calibrated and engineered to maximize fuel efficiency and performance while meeting or exceeding OEM specifications. It replaces MerCruiser part number 3310-864941A01. Compatible with Sierra carburetor rebuild kit 18-7098-1 and replacement gasket 18-0994.
