The Sierra 18-7982-2 is a complete fuel water separator kit designed to protect marine inboard, sterndrive, and outboard fuel injection systems from water contamination and debris. This bonus pack includes the aluminum filter housing, mounting bracket, pipe plugs, and a spare replacement filter for added convenience and value.

Key Features:

• Removes over 99.8% of emulsified water from gasoline to prevent engine damage
• 10 micron filtration rating with over 90% efficiency at removing particles as small as 10 microns
• High flow rate of 90 GPH to support even high-performance engines
• Durable aluminum construction with corrosion-resistant coating
• Compact tall filter design ideal for space-limited installations
• 1/4" NPT female threaded ports (two inlet and two outlet options)
• Includes two brass pipe plugs for unused ports
• Bonus pack includes spare filter for convenient maintenance

This fuel water separator is essential protection for modern marine engines, especially those running ethanol-blended fuels which hold more water and increase the risk of fuel system contamination. The 10 micron filtration prevents damage to close-tolerance fuel pumps and injectors while maintaining optimal fuel flow for reliable engine performance.
