Sierra 118-9099 trailering clips are essential safety devices designed to protect your stern drive unit during trailering and long-term storage. These heavy-duty plastic clips snap securely into place over the hydraulic trim cylinder rams, relieving stress on the trim system and preventing accidental outdrive lowering caused by hydraulic leaks or failures.
Key Features:
These clips provide critical protection by carrying the outdrive load while towing, preventing costly damage from hydraulic line, seal, or pump failures. They are equally valuable for long-term boat storage, maintaining proper position and reducing stress on hydraulic components.
