Product Details

The Sierra 118-9801 is a professional-grade multimeter and DVA (Direct Voltage Adapter) tester designed specifically for marine engine diagnostics. This specialized diagnostic tool combines the functionality of a standard digital multimeter with DVA testing capability, making it essential for troubleshooting marine ignition systems and electrical components.

Key Features:

  • Dual functionality: standard multimeter and DVA testing in one unit
  • Specifically designed for marine engine electrical diagnostics
  • Tests ignition coils, stator output, and trigger systems
  • Measures AC/DC voltage, resistance, and continuity
  • DVA mode allows testing of pulse voltage in ignition systems
  • Rugged construction for marine workshop environments

This tester is ideal for diagnosing outboard motors, stern drives, and personal watercraft ignition systems. The DVA function is particularly valuable for measuring peak voltage from CDI and other pulse-type ignition components that standard meters cannot accurately read.

Great price, fast shipping, they have stock levels updated in their website.
