Product Details

The Helix Racing Products 316-5022S is a high-quality polyurethane fuel line designed for powersports, racing, and small engine applications. This 10-foot length of fuel hose features a 3/16-inch inner diameter and 5/16-inch outer diameter, making it compatible with a wide range of fuel systems and carburetors.

Key Features:

  • Durable polyurethane construction resists degradation from fuel, oil, and UV exposure
  • 3/16-inch ID x 5/16-inch OD dimensions fit standard fuel fittings and barbs
  • 10-foot length provides ample material for custom routing and installation
  • Bright yellow color for easy identification and leak detection
  • Flexible yet maintains shape for clean, professional installations
  • Universal fitment for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, and other small engines

Helix Racing Products fuel line offers superior performance over standard rubber hose, with better resistance to cracking, hardening, and fuel permeation. The polyurethane material remains flexible in cold temperatures while maintaining its integrity under heat. Perfect for race applications, custom builds, or replacement fuel system maintenance.

I needed an expensive part for my outboard motor's steering system, several of the internet sellers should out of stock/back ordered. Boatplicity showed the item in stock. I went on chat and was told the item was available. I paid the extra $9.99 for 2 day delivery. I ordered the $2000.00 item Wed. May 15 2024 at 1:00 pm. Fed Ex rang my door bell the next day at 11:30 am. I received that item less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order. That is as good as it gets !
