• Tin-plated finish with no exposed seams protects against corrosion
• Closed-end design allows for waterproof connections when used with heat shrink tubing
• Larger pad area with stamped cable size and stud hole markings for easy identification
• Highly controlled flare design enables easy cable insertion
• Tight barrel-to-pad transition maximizes usable barrel length
• Can be crimped or soldered for secure termination
• Rated for 600V applications with stranded copper wire

Technical Specifications:

• Wire Gauge: 6 AWG
• Stud Size: 3/8"
• Overall Length: 1.406"
• Pad Width: 0.609"
• Clearance: 0.406"
• Quantity: 10 pieces per package

Certifications & Compliance:

• UL and CSA approved
• RoHS compliant
• ASTM-B-152 copper rated at 100% conductivity
• Exceeds SAE conductivity standards J163 and J1811

Installation is straightforward: strip the wire to the proper length, slide the lug over the conductor until the insulation meets the barrel edge, then crimp with the appropriate tool. For waterproof marine installations, pair with epoxy-lined heat shrink tubing to fully seal the connection.
