Fast and easy…

Awesome

Finding the part was super easy and simple. The only issue I really had was the delay in the shipping. I paid extra for faster shipping and it still took over a week to get to me. When I tried contacting them through the chat I never got any feedback after asking questions just a "let me check that for you" then chat ended. I finally decided to email and then I got a reply basically saying the same thing. Correct part did wind up showing up without tracking update(kept showing sent to warehouse).

I needed an expensive part for my outboard motor's steering system, several of the internet sellers should out of stock/back ordered. Boatplicity showed the item in stock. I went on chat and was told the item was available. I paid the extra $9.99 for 2 day delivery. I ordered the $2000.00 item Wed. May 15 2024 at 1:00 pm. Fed Ex rang my door bell the next day at 11:30 am. I received that item less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order. That is as good as it gets !
