Timbren Industries ASR35HDS02 Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension 3500 lb 4" Lift Long Spindle Off-Road

The Timbren ASR35HDS02 heavy-duty axle-less suspension is designed specifically for off-road use, with components made from heavy-gauge steel to support the increased demands of trailers used on off-road terrain. This innovative system eliminates the need for a traditional axle and operates independently, mounting directly to your trailer frame.

Key Features:

• 3,500 lb weight capacity, designed for single and dual axle trailer configurations
• Heavy-duty outboard arms with 4-inch lift and long spindles for use with wide off-road tires larger than 235/85R16
• AEON progressive rate main springs absorb road shock and support the trailer's load while delivering a smooth, stable ride
• Universal fit - works with any trailer frame width
• 5-bolt brake mounting flange compatible with hubs using 25580 inner and 15123 outer bearings
• Polyurethane bushings at pivot points provide better stability and weather-resistant durability
• E-Z Lube long spindles maintain proper deck height

The suspension compresses and becomes stiffer as load increases, boosting spring strength, while rebound springs minimize rattle and bottoming out. Built-in camber and toe-in help your trailer track straight, reducing tire wear. This system requires crossbeam support - if your trailer frame doesn't have a crossmember, you can add one using 2" x 2" steel tubing through the integrated square holes.

Backed by a 3-year warranty. Note: Hubs, drums, and brake assemblies sold separately. Compatible with Dexter hub assemblies part #8-201-9UC3-EZ.
