The Eco-Plug 96011 is a high-performance, threadless oil drain plug designed for aluminum oil pans with 12mm-16mm openings and damaged or stripped threads. This innovative repair solution includes a tapered steel t-bolt with pre-applied epoxy threadlocker for permanent repair of stripped oil pan threads.

Installation is straightforward: hand-install the self-tapered thread bolt straight into the damaged aluminum oil pan threads. At each oil change, inspect the rubber gasket, wipe residual oil from inside the hex-bolt, and reinstall.
