The Dometic 3312487.014U is a replacement right-hand, basement-style power awning arm hardware for use with Dometic 9100 and 9200 Series Power Patio Awnings. Finished in black, this single arm hardware half-set is specifically designed for RVs equipped with basement storage compartments, featuring a shorter profile to accommodate the lower mounting position found on these units.

The extension arm mounts to the RV sidewall and extends outward to support the awning fabric roller tube assembly. So the low stars because, I received the products in two different boxes, which there didn't seem to be any reason as they would have fit in one. The order didn't indicate that there were two different boxes and they showed up days apart. I then contacted you via customer support being worried and no one reached out.
