Product Details

The Engineered Marine Products 1397-00818 is an inline electric fuel pump kit designed as a direct replacement for MerCruiser carbureted GM 4.3L (262 cid) V6 engines, covering the 1992–1997 production years. This low-pressure pump is also compatible with select MerCruiser 5.0L (305 cid) and 5.7L (350 cid) small block V8 applications, as well as serving as a delivery pump on certain throttle body fuel injected (TBI) models.

Key Features:

  • Low-pressure inline electric fuel pump engineered to match OEM specifications
  • Kit includes wiring harness, mounting grommets, and fuel fittings for a complete installation
  • Replaces Mercury/MerCruiser OEM part numbers: 805025A2, 805656A2, 805656A5, 205656A6, 861155A5, and 861155A6
  • Also cross-references Sierra 18-8867 and Mallory 9-35428
  • Designed for carbureted engine applications — not intended for EFI fuel cooler applications

Engineered Marine Products (EMP) specializes in aftermarket marine drivetrain and engine components built to meet or exceed OEM performance standards. The 1397-00818 electric fuel pump kit provides a reliable, cost-effective solution for restoring proper fuel delivery to your MerCruiser sterndrive engine.
