Overall experience was good until we had to return the item because it wouldn't work with the seat we had. Problem is that when we tred to get the specs on the item you didn't have any of the measurements available. So I was told that if it didn't work I could retun it. When I did you said it was because I ordered wrong so I would be charged to return it. It was wrong because you didn't have any info on the actual size and the only way to see if it would work was to order it.

So far very good. Easy to use, easy to navigate.

Service was great. However, I first needed to change an order & found I had to cancel it and reorder correctly. I did this. However, the second order was also cancelled by the warehouse because they thought it was a duplicate. I reordered again! The battery was shipped this Monday & arrived Tuesday! So... other than the "safe" second cancellation, everything is 100% good! Battery arrived and I did a quick voltage test. 12.78 V ...
