Timbren Industries ASR3500S05 Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System 3500 Lb Capacity

The Timbren ASR3500S05 is an innovative axle-less trailer suspension system that eliminates the need for a traditional through-axle, providing maximum ground clearance and increased design flexibility for custom trailer builds. This 3500-pound capacity system comes with outboard arms equipped with standard spindles designed for use with tires up to 235/85R16 or smaller.

Key Features:

• Features two Aeon rubber springs—one for jounce and one for rebound—that absorb road shocks and deliver a quiet, smooth ride on highways or dirt roads
• The rebound spring maintains constant tension on the suspension whether loaded or empty, eliminating rattling and trailer bounce
• Bolt-on installation requires no welding, making it possible to mount the suspension to aluminum frames of any width
• Includes shims for flexible adjustment of suspension alignment and camber specific to your trailer frame
• Polyurethane bushings at the control arm pivot point hold the pin firmly in place for better stability and controlled alignment
• Brake flange included for optional use with braking systems
• E-Z Lube standard-height spindles maintain your original deck height

Each kit includes both driver and passenger side components to provide a complete suspension system. These durable, weather-resistant suspensions are built to withstand extreme environments from desert heat to sub-freezing winters. Backed by a 3-year warranty.
