The Sierra 18-99249 is a replacement power pack designed for Johnson and Evinrude outboard engines equipped with CD4 (Capacitor Discharge) ignition systems. The power pack is a critical component of the ignition system, converting battery voltage into the high-energy spark needed to ignite the fuel mixture in the combustion chamber.
Key Features:
Sierra is a trusted name in marine aftermarket parts with over 50 years of experience supplying quality ignition components. This power pack helps restore proper ignition timing and spark intensity to keep your outboard running smoothly. Proper diagnosis is recommended before replacement to ensure the power pack is the source of ignition problems.
