The Dexter Marine Products 023-499-00 is a complete 10" x 2-1/4" hydraulic free backing brake assembly designed for 3,500 lb capacity trailer axles. This free backing brake automatically disengages when backing up, eliminating the frustration of locked brakes during reverse operation and making boat launching and trailer maneuvering significantly easier.

Marine-Grade Construction Features:

• Aluminum wheel cylinder for superior corrosion resistance
• Stainless steel springs that resist saltwater corrosion
• Galv-X finish coating for enhanced saltwater performance
• Brake pads riveted with bronze rivets to backing plate
