Sierra 118-99170 Power Pack Kit for Johnson/Evinrude 60-Degree Outboard Engines

The Sierra 118-99170 (18-99170) Power Pack Kit is a premium aftermarket ignition power pack designed as a direct replacement for Johnson and Evinrude 60-degree outboard engines. As the central component of the outboard ignition system, the power pack supplies voltage to the ignition system's power coils and precisely controls the timing of ignition events across all engine cylinders.

Key Features:

• Engine Compatibility: Designed for 1995–2006 Johnson/Evinrude 60-degree engines — 80 Jet, 90, 100, 105 Commercial, and 115 HP — equipped with Quick Start and S.L.O.W. systems and a 6,400 RPM limit
• Complete Kit: Includes components 113-6292, 133-6343, and 931-4922 for a full power pack replacement
• OEM-Quality Performance: Engineered to meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications for reliable, long-lasting ignition performance
• Precision Ignition Control: Manages ignition timing across all engine cylinders to ensure consistent starts and smooth operation
• Drop-In Replacement: Designed for straightforward installation with no modifications required

Sierra marine engine parts are trusted by boaters and marine technicians for their durability in harsh marine environments. Replacing a failing power pack restores spark and prevents hard-start or no-start conditions common to worn ignition systems.
