CDI Electronics 18-99532 DVA Adapter for Multimeters

The CDI Electronics 18-99532 DVA (Direct Voltage Adapter) is a precision diagnostic tool designed to convert your standard multimeter into a peak-reading voltmeter for marine ignition system testing. This adapter enables technicians to accurately measure the high-voltage pulses produced by CDI ignition systems, stator outputs, and trigger circuits that conventional multimeters cannot detect.

Key Features:

• Converts standard meters to peak-reading voltage capability for ignition diagnostics
• Essential for testing CDI boxes, stators, triggers, and sensor coils on outboard motors
• Reads peak voltages that occur in microseconds during ignition firing
• Compatible with most digital and analog multimeters
• Compact, portable design for on-boat or workshop use
• Durable construction for marine environment reliability

This DVA adapter is an indispensable tool for marine mechanics and boat owners who need to diagnose ignition problems on outboard engines. By measuring the actual voltage peaks produced by ignition components, you can quickly identify faulty CDI modules, weak stators, or malfunctioning trigger assemblies without guesswork.
