The Silwy Metal-Mat Do It Yourself White is a large-format, flexible metal nano mat designed to transform virtually any smooth surface into a silwy-compatible magnetic base. Measuring 70 cm x 100 cm, this oversized mat is ideal for custom installations on tabletops, cabinet shelves, drawer bottoms, and wall panels in boats, RVs, campers, kitchens, and bathrooms.
The mat features a textile carrier backing that accepts spray adhesive for a permanent, reliable bond to any smooth, sealed, grease-free surface — including wood, plastic, metal, and coated furniture. Spray adhesive is not included; WÜRTH Kraftsprühkleber PLUS is the manufacturer's recommended adhesive. Once installed, the integrated metal surface securely holds all silwy magnetic glasses, cups, dishes, hooks, and pins upright, eliminating rattling and sliding during travel.
The mat's magnetic force is precisely calibrated so that silwy magnetic items hold firmly in place yet can be lifted off easily by hand. The flexible material can be trimmed to any custom shape or size using standard household scissors, allowing precise fitment for narrow drawers, irregular shelves, or uniquely shaped surfaces.
