Dometic 4450037552 Air Conditioning 4-Way Mechanical Valve

The Dometic 4450037552 is a mechanical 4-way reversing valve designed as a replacement component for compatible Dometic RV air conditioning systems. The 4-way reversing valve is a critical refrigerant-circuit component in heat pump-equipped units, directing refrigerant flow between cooling and heating modes by reversing the role of the indoor and outdoor coils.

Key Features:

• Mechanical actuation — operates via refrigerant pressure differential without requiring electrical solenoid input, offering reliable and straightforward operation
• 4-way design routes refrigerant flow in both cooling and heating directions, essential for heat pump functionality
• Genuine Dometic OEM replacement part, engineered to match original factory specifications
• Direct replacement component designed for compatible Dometic rooftop RV air conditioner and heat pump units
• Manufacturer Part Number (MPN): 4450037552

When a 4-way reversing valve fails, the system may be stuck in a single mode (heating only or cooling only), or may fail to regulate temperature altogether. Replacing this component with the genuine Dometic part restores full heat pump operation. Always verify compatibility using the original OEM part number before ordering.
