The EternaBond AlumiBond is a heavy-duty aluminum-faced peel-and-stick sealant tape engineered for permanent, waterproof repairs on metal roofs, RV and trailer sides, ductwork, drain pans, and more. Combining a rigid 4-mil aluminum backing with EternaBond's proprietary MicroSealant™ adhesive technology, AlumiBond creates an extremely hard, durable surface that forms an airtight and vapor-tight bond to virtually any substrate — no UV protection required.
Unlike conventional repair tapes, AlumiBond's MicroSealant™ formulation uses a 100% solids blend of synthetic resins, thermoplastics, and non-curing, non-butyl rubber with a built-in primer — meaning no separate priming step is needed for most surfaces. The adhesive is protected by a siliconized release liner that peels away cleanly for fast, one-step application.
