Marine Fasteners RP-798 #8-32 x 1/2 in. Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws 100-Pack

The Marine Fasteners RP-798 is a 100-piece pack of #8-32 x 1/2-inch pan head machine screws designed for marine, boating, and corrosion-prone environments. These screws feature a classic pan head profile — a broad, low-profile rounded head that sits flush against the mounting surface for a clean, secure finish — and a Phillips drive for easy installation with standard tools.

The #8-32 thread designation indicates a nominal screw diameter of #8 with 32 threads per inch (UNC coarse thread), making these a widely used fastener size for light-duty through-bolting of hardware, fittings, panels, and accessories aboard boats and in coastal applications.

Key Features:

• Thread size: #8-32 (UNC coarse thread)
• Length: 1/2 inch
• Head style: Pan head — low-profile, rounded, broad bearing surface
• Drive type: Phillips
• Quantity: 100 pieces per pack

Sold in a convenient 100-piece bulk pack, these machine screws are ideal for boat maintenance, repair, and rigging projects where consistent, corrosion-resistant fastening is essential. Use with standard #8-32 hex nuts or nylon insert lock nuts for a secure, vibration-resistant connection.
