Marine Fasteners RP-8365 #10 x 1-1/4" Self-Drilling Screws Pan Head 100-Pack

The Marine Fasteners RP-8365 is a #10 x 1-1/4 inch Phillips pan head self-drilling (TEK) screw, sold in a convenient 100-piece pack. Designed for marine, industrial, and coastal applications, these fasteners combine a self-drilling cutting point with sheet metal threads to penetrate and fasten in a single step — no pre-drilling required.

Key Features:

• Size: #10 x 1-1/4 in. (thread diameter x length)
• Head Style: Pan head — low-profile with a wide bearing surface for a clean, flush appearance
• Drive Type: Phillips (cross-recess) for positive bit engagement
• Point Type: Self-drilling TEK point — drills its own pilot hole and taps its own mating thread simultaneously
• Thread Type: Sheet metal thread for secure engagement in thin metal, fiberglass, and similar substrates
• Pack Quantity: 100 screws per pack
• Engineered for durability in demanding marine and outdoor environments

These self-drilling pan head screws are ideal for fastening sheet metal, thin-gauge steel, fiberglass panels, and similar materials on boats, docks, trailers, and marine structures. The TEK point eliminates the need for a separate drilling step, saving time during installation. Packaged in a 100-count pack for professional and high-volume use.
