AquaLock 3523-08 3/8" CTS Push-to-Connect Plastic Union Tee Fitting

The AquaLock 3523-08 is a 3/8-inch CTS (Copper Tube Size) push-to-connect plastic union tee fitting designed for fast, tool-free installation on potable water systems. Manufactured from high-performance lead-free polysulfone, this fitting delivers reliable, long-lasting service in both residential and RV/marine plumbing applications.

Unlike traditional barb fittings, the AquaLock design grips tubing from the outside, improving flow capacity and allowing the connection to swivel under pressure — making it ideal for vibrating or dynamic environments. A built-in O-ring guide ensures a zero-leak seal every time.

Key Features:

• 3/8" CTS x 3/8" CTS x 3/8" CTS union tee configuration
• Compatible with copper, CPVC, PEX, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PE-RT, and polybutylene tubing
• Tool-free installation and removal — no tube inserts required
• Rated for hot and cold water applications, including behind-wall use
• Unique O-ring guide for a secure, zero-leak push-to-connect seal
• Swivels under pressure for flexibility in vibrating or dynamic systems
• Lead-free polysulfone construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Off-white color; reusable design

The AquaLock 3523-08 union tee is a trusted choice for RV, marine, and residential plumbing repairs or installations where speed and reliability are essential. Also sold under the SeaTech brand — part numbers remain the same across both product lines.
